1. Who these terms cover

Anyone who visits or plays on ovazforsilver.com is covered by these terms. Below, “Ovaz Silver”, “the site”, “we” and “us” all mean this website and the operator behind it, who can be contacted at any time through our contact form.

2. What the site offers

Ovaz Silver is a social gaming site that costs nothing to use. It lets you play 31 slot-style games in your browser, purely as entertainment.

• No real money involved. There are no deposits, withdrawals or purchases of any kind, and nothing you do here can put real money at stake.
• No prizes. Whatever happens in a game, you receive no cash, no prize and nothing else of real-world value.
• Not a preview of real gambling. How you fare in our free games tells you nothing about how you would fare if you gambled with money.
• Reminders about time. While you are on the site, a message pops up every 30 minutes to let you know how long you have been playing.

3. Who may play

• Only adults aged 18 or over may use the site. You confirm this when you first arrive and provide your date of birth when you register.
• The site is meant for people living in the United Kingdom, so please do not use it from another country.

4. About virtual credits

Each game gives you virtual credits to play with, and they exist for fun alone. They carry no monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, traded, transferred, withdrawn or redeemed, and they cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services or anything else. We will not top them up or restore them, we owe you nothing if they disappear, and they may be reset, for instance if you clear your browser data.

5. Registering and your account

• Opening the games requires a free account, which you can create with an email address and password or through Google. The rest of the site can be browsed without one.
• Provide correct details and keep your password to yourself. If you suspect someone else has got into your account, tell us. Whatever happens through your account is your responsibility.
• Each person may hold one account only. Do not sign up for somebody else or use an account that is not yours.
• As a safeguard, five incorrect password attempts will pause sign-in for 15 minutes.
• You are free to delete your account yourself whenever you like from My account. The Privacy Policy explains how your details are treated.

6. Conduct we ask of you

By using the site you promise that you will not:

• act unlawfully or misuse the site, its forms or its sign-in process;
• attempt to get unauthorised access to the site, our systems or another person’s account;
• play, copy or overload the site or its games using bots, scrapers, exploits or any other automated tool;
• attempt to buy, sell or trade accounts or virtual credits;
• send us spam, or messages that are abusive, misleading or unlawful;
• copy, frame or redistribute the games or the site’s content other than through the site as we provide it.

Where these terms are broken, we may suspend or close the account concerned, or limit access to the site.

7. Outside developers and other services

Outside developers make the games, which run inside our pages and are served from our own domain, ovazforsilver.com. The rights in each game stay with its developer, and a game may store its own settings or credit balances in your browser and set its own cookies. Choosing “Continue with Google” brings Google’s terms and privacy policy into play for that sign-in. Links to other websites, such as GamCare and BeGambleAware, lead to services we do not control.

8. Rights in the content

The look, wording and branding of the site belong to us or to those who license them to us, and the games belong to their developers. You may play and view them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Using them in any other way, copying and reuse included, needs our permission first.

9. Limits on our responsibility

• We supply the site and games “as is” and “as available”. We cannot guarantee they will always be online, run without interruption or be free of faults, and we may change or withdraw games whenever we see fit.
• Nothing here restricts any liability that the law does not allow to be restricted, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
• Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that could not reasonably have been predicted as a result of our breach, for any loss of virtual credits (which have no value), or for issues arising from your device, browser or connection. As the site is free and offered for entertainment, our liability to you in connection with it is limited to the fullest extent the law permits.

10. Stopping or being stopped

You can stop using the site at any moment, and you can delete your account yourself. If you want a break, or would like your account restricted or deleted, you can also ask Support. We may close any account that breaks these terms.

11. Changes and governing law

These terms may be revised from time to time, and the date at the top of the page shows when they were last updated. If you keep using the site after a revision, you accept the new version. English and Welsh law governs these terms, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of England and Wales, although this does not take away rights you hold under the law of the part of the UK where you live.
